How can I book a room at Nou’s River Hotel?

In order to make a reservation at our hotel, please click on “Book Now” from any page and you will be re-directed to our secured online reservation system. To ensure you reservation is completed, please make sure that all required fields are filled accordingly.

How long does it take for the hotel to confirm my reservation?

Once your reservation is complete we confirm immediately. However, if you haven’t received any confirmation within an hour, please contact us at info@pierrem10.sg-host.com

How can I be sure that my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail with the booking number of your reservation.

Are there any charges if I change or amend my reservation?

Guest can change and/or cancel their booking up to 3 days before arrival without any charge. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 1 night as a penalty (including any applicable prevailing government tax).

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, our hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, JCB. However, debit cards will not be accepted. Your credit card will serve as a guarantee but you will only be charged when checking-in. No charge when you book online.

What time do I have to check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 2.00pm and we will make sure the room is ready upon your arrival. Early check-in is subject to room’s availability. Check-out is at 12.00pm but should you need to leave our premises later, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the maximum capacity per room?

The Nou’s River Hotel only allows 2 adults and 2 kids in one room. Any extra person is subject to the hotel’s decision and may require additional fees.

Is it allowed to smoke at the Nou’s River Hotel?

Smoking is not allowed inside the entire hotel, however, customers are allowed to smoke on their balcony.

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?

Free Wi-Fi is available 24/24 throughout the hotel and in all rooms.

Is it possible to make a special room request?

Don’t hesitate to contact us with your request and we’ll try to accommodate accordingly while complying with the hotel’s T&C and respecting the other guests.

Is the hotel offering room service?

We do not offer room service. However, we have a restaurant for the breakfast, a minibar and complimentary tea and coffee in each room.

What type of power socket is there in the room?

Our rooms are all fitted with universal power sockets.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is always included, for any room type.

Does the hotel have a free parking?

The Hotel does not own a car park. Leaving a car at the public car park does not constitute entering into a storage agreement. The Hotel shall not be liable for damage of the car or loss of or damage to items left in it.
